Officer Development Program
Our Training Department created a prep program for officer candidacy for Maricopa and Pinal Counties. It has been so successful there are plans to expand the program into Pima and Yuma Counties.
The Officer Development Program features several training opportunities, including:
- Incident Management (Command) System
- Incident Safety Offer
- Company Strategy and Tactical Operations
- Leadership 1, 2, and 3
- Fire Simulation
- Live Burn Training
Our in-house trainers also offer sessions and re-certifications on:
- Technical Rescue
- Hazmat
- EMT, Paramedic Refresher
- Minimum Company Standards
Multi-agency Training with neighboring departments, the Bureau of Land Management, the Bureau of Indian Affairs, FEMA (National Fire Academy), Arizona State Fire School, and the State Fire Marshal’s Office.
